Certificate of Digital Responsibility (CDR)

Assessing online behavior and ensuring candidates are digitally responsible

What is CDR?

The Certificate of Digital Responsibility (CDR) is a private evaluation provided by AuthQR. It assesses whether a candidate demonstrates responsible and ethical behavior in their digital presence. This includes social media profiles, professional networking platforms, and publicly available online activities.

Why is CDR Important?

Our Process

  1. Application & Consent: Candidates submit their application and provide explicit consent for digital evaluation. Compliance with all government and privacy rules is ensured.
  2. Data Collection: We examine only publicly available online data including social media, professional profiles, forums, and websites. No private or unauthorized information is accessed.
  3. Evaluation: Each candidate is assessed against our Digital Responsibility standards, including lawful, ethical, and respectful online behavior.
  4. Validation: Our team reviews and ensures the assessment is accurate, objective, and compliant with privacy laws.
  5. Report Generation: A digitally signed CDR is issued confirming whether the candidate meets the digital responsibility standards.

Privacy & Compliance

AuthQR follows strict privacy guidelines. Candidate data is processed securely and only for the stated purpose. The evaluation is fully compliant with the Indian IT Act, 2000 and other applicable privacy laws. No personal or private data is accessed without explicit consent.
