Data We Handle

• 👤 Basic identity details provided by the candidate (e.g., name, email, phone).
• 📝 Documents submitted by the candidate with explicit consent (e.g., CV, ID proof).
• 🔍 Information from publicly available records and official government portals.
• 🌐 Optional: Public professional profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) if voluntarily provided by the candidate.

Consent & Transparency

• ✅ No verification is conducted without the candidate’s written consent.
• ✅ Candidates are informed of the purpose and scope of verification before processing begins.
• ✅ Employers receive only the final certified report; raw data remains confidential.
• 📝 Candidates may withdraw consent at any stage.

Data Usage & Sharing

Data is used strictly for the purpose of background verification and certification. Reports generated are valid only for the employer or organization that requested them.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or any unauthorized purposes.

Data Security

All data is stored securely with encryption protocols and access restrictions. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.

International Data Transfers

If data needs to be processed outside India (e.g., for international candidates), we ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable international privacy frameworks.

Retention & Deletion

Verification data is retained only as long as necessary for the certification purpose. Upon expiry or withdrawal of consent, data is securely deleted in compliance with legal requirements.
