AuthQR Digital Services is a trusted provider of private-sector credential verification services. We empower organizations to authenticate candidate data quickly and securely through three core services: CDR (Certificate of Digital Responsibility), BGV (Academic & Professional Background Verification), and ETS (Educational Transcript Summary).
All certificates are issued solely on behalf of organizations with which we have formal Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). They are valid only within the MoU-partner network and are not recognized by governmental bodies or institutions outside of it.
Delivery Timeline: Certificates and summary reports are typically issued within 30 days of application, in secure PDF formats.
AuthQR is committed to respecting your privacy. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). For international cases, we also align with the principles outlined in the EU GDPR.
We never share your data without explicit consent, and we follow strict data retention, encryption, and security policies.
Candidates may choose to submit links to public social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter/X). AuthQR will only review information that is publicly accessible. No private or restricted content will ever be accessed—ensuring full compliance with privacy standards.
We value your privacy. AuthQR ensures that personal data such as email, contact number, and verification details are securely stored and not shared with third parties without your consent. All data collected is strictly used for the purpose of identity verification and authentication.
We employ strict security protocols, including encryption and limited data retention policies, to make sure your personal information is never exposed unnecessarily. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third-party marketers.
You have the right to request details of the data we hold about you, and you may also request its correction or deletion, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Payments made for verification or authentication services are generally non-refundable, unless there is a proven technical error or double charge caused directly by our system. We believe in transparency and fairness, and any such cases will be resolved on priority.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 business days of the payment date. Please provide the transaction ID, payment method, and a short explanation of the issue when submitting a request.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that AuthQR is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

By using AuthQR, you agree to abide by our rules of digital identity verification. You are responsible for providing accurate information and must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities. Any attempt to impersonate, provide false data, or misuse services will result in immediate account suspension.
